Omar Negrón-Avilés, 39, entered into the arms of the Lord on March 24, 2021 at York Hospital. Born on December 10, 1981 in Bayamón, PR to Socorro Av ilés and the late Angel Negrón. He was the loving companion of Alicebert Cuebas with whom he spent 6 years. 

      In addition to his mother, Socorro and his companion, Alicebert, Omar leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Jomar Negrón DeJesus; daughter, Yomalis Negrón DeJesus; siblings, Awilda Clinton, Haydee Clinton, Angel Negrón, Mario Negrón and Gledaly Negrón; and a host of family and friends. 

     A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. 822 E. Market St, York with Pastor Orlando Medena officiating. A public viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. The family ask that you please social distance and express brief condolences as only 30 people will be allowed in at a time.
