Betty J. Zeigler

     Betty Jane (Gladfelter) (Billet) Zeigler, 93, entered into rest on January 12, 2020. Born on August 15, 1926 in York, she was the daughter of the late Lilly Marie (Schaffer) and William Henry Gladfelter. She was the loving wife of the late Carlos Ray Zeigler. Betty worked for American Chain and Cable for over 30 years before retiring. 

     Betty leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Ray Billet, Jr. and wife Donna; daughters, Joan Raab and husband Larry, Barbara Baublitz, Velma Altland and husband Larry, Cheryl Belvins and husband Jim; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great great-grandaughter and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Ray Zeigler and a son, Michael Zeigler. 

     Interment will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Indiantown Gap Cemetery, Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003.  Betty had a longtime wish of having a bench placed in her memory at Cousler Park, where she loved to spend some of her time. In lieu of flower's donations may be made to Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., 822 E. Market street York, Pa 17403, to go towards the bench.  Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., is entrusted with the arrangements.
