Jesse V. Nimmons, 68, entered into rest on August 10, 2021 at his home.  Born on January 18, 1953 in Bamberg, SC to the late Rebecca (Parker) and Odell Nimmons.  Jesse was the founder of the Beaver Street Band

      He leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Jason Nimmons and wife Olga, Jesse Lanier and Adonnis Swan and wife Tosha; a sister, Ruthel Copeland; and a host of grandchildren, nephews and nieces.  Jesse was preceded in death by his twin brother, James Nimmons and a sister, Adell Nimmons-Ford.  

      A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. V isitation will be held prior to the service from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.
